I'd say Blaziken was the actual rep, Zard and the fox were fan service to to very different demographics desu, and these three seem to be more about gameplay, just based on Empoleon being in there and what little gameplay we've seen of Darkrai. This is the thing that bothers me the most about this game. No matter what mode you play, whether it be friendlies or ranked or even SINGLE PLAYER, the game always shows your win record for that mode right in front of your face before each match, which ends up demoralizing you, prejudging your opponent's skills, and putting more pressure on you to win as much as possible. They really should have only done that for ranked desu.

Make it so his counter can't get stuffed by normal attacks, since currently there's a pause between when you release the button inputs, and when the hurtbox fgrom the attack comes out, so even if you counter an attack,you can get knocked out of it when you release the buttons to unleash the counterhit.

Fixing that alone would do wonders, even if he still can't combo out of it. Beyond that, I'd increase his grab range slightly, and make the timing for using agility's projectile invincibility properties more lenient.

That's really all he needs, if you ask me.

As of now, he's reallly terrible out of burst, but is an unstoppable monstrsority inside of it. I'd make him like 20% weaker inside of burst, but like 30% better outside of it

To a degree, yes, but weavile's is unique in that not only is there a gap between when you release the button and the attack comes out, but there's also a gap between when the attack comes out and there's a hurtbox.
