They need to add some type of Pokéball Management feature for all us balltists.

Let the player change the Pokéball a mon is in (except for the Cherish Ball maybe). Let players customize the popping out effect again with Seals and also change the color of regular Pokéballs to be something other than red.

Brunch Ball

only works between 9:00 a.m.- 12 p.m.

They should nerf the Dusk Ball so its effectiveness at night/caves is just the same as Ultra Balls, only cheaper.

Also make a daytime/morning equivalent. Maybe call it the Sleepy Ball/Dew Ball.

Mystic ball: 4x rate on fairy and psychic types.
Shiny ball: 4x rate on shinies.
Weather ball: 4x rate when weather is in effect.

I used to catch everything in Pokéballs (absolutely everything) but seriously, there are some really neat designs right there. Timer, Premier, Luxury (my personal favorite) and Dusk Ball all look great.

Sacred Ball - 4x better on legendaries, however is priced at $2000 at can only be accessed after getting the 8th gym badge

I hope they fix quickballs.
I captured like 90% of available mons in XY with quickballs. Almost zero challenge there.

Unless a pokemon matches the color scheme of a great ball or any other ball, it's an absolute no to use any other pokeball besides a pokeball.
