Should Samurott have been in Smash instead of Greninja? Gen VI got a lot of representation already with 3 Mega Evolutions, and the gen itself featured a lot of older mons that are playable in the game. Meanwhile, Gen V introduced the most new mons and excluded some of the Smash-playable ones (and all of them during BW's main game), but doesn't have any playable characters. It might also be part of the reason why Gen V is forgotten outside of places like /vp/, since a playable Samurott would probably convince more people to give it a chance.

And no Zoroark really should've been the playable Gen 5 rep. Gamefreak pushed it to follow Lucario's footsteps remember?

Samurott just suffers from Wottergate. The first known image of Samurott was not the design on it's true colors.
