Thats how it is in pretty much everything. Cheaters get an unfair advantage. They get ahead, and then theres nothing you can do. If you plan it right and practice, while spoofing you can hit up at least 2 or 3x as many pokestops as a non spoofer. That means you have a greater chance of finding and farming multiple spots that have lures on them. Half of nyc is just clusters of 2 or 3 stops that almost always have lures up.
