Panda looks like a final stage. It's around the same height as the other bears (Ursaring, Beartic, Pangoro), and weighs a lot. I wouldn't be surprised if it got a prevo, like Noivern did.

I feel that Panda and Drampa will both have prevos.

There was also a whole lot more than just two days between the full dex leak and the official release, because there was at least a week of people just continuously reposting conkledurr and how he was the shittiest pokemon in the universe. I remember it very distinctly because the very second we got access to conkledurr's stats and movepool, he went from unanimously hated hideous pile of shit to "No I ALWAYS liked conkledurr's design.
