i'm not as hostile to genwunners as many people but smart phones, and people's inability to stop fucking with them, is genuinely the worst thing in society. people have become emotionally dependent on their phones.

A mega evo has improved stats and is a more capable pokémon in battle in general terms (not considering specific strategies). Unowns, Vivillions and other pokémon with many formd just change visuals or swap stats, but are essentially the same.
