If you spoof you GPS in a way that it seems legit (aka running around a block at a reasonable pace), they can't detect it as a spoof. Permanent bans should also be bypassable by starting a new account but you'll probably need to read more to do this safely.

The only place the pokemon are spawning are right beside my neighbours house, now through tests I'm pretty sure the spawning is linked to the availability of wifi, as this is literally the only place in about a km radius that they spawn. So, if I play on bluestacks using my main account I use on phone too, and travel reasonable distances into the nearest city 4km from where I live, is there any possible way they'll find out and ban me? It looks impossible to me that Nyantic could understand if the device we're playing from uses a fake gps as system gps through lucky pathcer, given we travel the same path we travel daily. (analysing the program directories that are used by a mobile device through data seems a bit like a privacy violation to me, nothing a big company like Nyantic would even consider imo)

I really can't speak for most of the guys spoofing, but I live in a shitty Dakota town of 2000+ with only 2 pokemarts on the other side town, one being the police station and the other a water tower, no gyms, and 3 Pokemon in a 6 block radius.
