Don't try to learn "how to draw anime style", 'cause you'll end up being only capable of that extremly simplified style. Learn human anatomy and downgrade it later to the few necessary details to make it look anime style. There are several good ways to learn human anatomy. Take rl photos as reference and try to draw them. Focus on specific parts of the body and try different angles. If you just google "how to draw x" you'll easily find good references for body parts and tips what lines to focus on to make them look good.
