Why do people ignore that Samurott can already go bipedal even

Why do people ignore that Samurott can already go bipedal even after 2011? Its makes no damn sense. It's biggest "design flaw" are redeemed by it's functionalities. The design is fine in every aspect.

being able to stand in two legs briefly doesn't make it bipedal. It also doesn't change the fact that the design is built two be on all fours. Taking the design and just putting it on two legs doesn't fix it.

Samurott can't walk on two legs, only stand in place for a moment. That's not being bipedal.
