she could be an N level character if they use her right. she seemingly works for the good guys but i could see her becoming a villain.

characters with complicated motivations are generally better. she is dressed like a dainty, pure character as well...which would make her switch to the evil team visually interesting.

And of course, nobody will bother doing a cosplay of her much like all of the other Pokegirls that originated from the games

She isn't said to "hate" it. She doesn't like it but in context of your post "hate" implies visceral dislike that would motivate her to go against you. She is with the professor that studies the moves pokemon battle each other with after all. We've no clues towards that. Not to say she couldn't be though. Just that we have no real indication of it.

The reason she hates battling is because she doesn't want Pokemon to be hurt. She literally says this. There isn't a devious inner plot about her, she just doesn't like to see Pokemon in pain due to the battles. That's probably why she is assissting Kukui, because she wants to learn more about Pokemon moves.
