Give underground please. Expand it so more fossils and evolution stones can be found. Hell, roll secret bases into it too. Maybe even make it's there are patches of grass where your friend safari pokémon can be found.

As for improving on it, when you bring the Pokemon that you traded with the person, they'll comment on how its grown, and then challenge you to a battle. In their party, will be the Pokemon you traded them, fully evolved if it's capable of evolving.

Dexnav, show rarity (ie 15% chance of finding, etc), get rid of shaking grass, use more like a radar system. Get rid of sneaking.
