That's not a counter, anon. You might be able to call that a check. I don't believe Talonflame is overpowered, but get your terminology right.

Gale Wings is a stupidly good ability in tandem with Brave Bird. If it only got Drill Peck or Acrobatics, it wouldn't be as much of a problem.

If you want to see how broken it is, go to AAA, where you need a stupid Gale Wings counter like Refrigerate + Extreme Speexor you're fucked.
