No. Because of abilities. There are Pokemon with less than 500 bst but end up at the top of OU or in ubers because of their abilities

Also it would be boring if every Pokemon had the same stat total. I like that there are Pokemon like Slaking that have absurd burst damage but shit over multiple turns
