Its really not that intimidating of an ability. Its realy just a hard counter to talonflame, and would help against a mega-momma-kanga. Even at that ypu have to axtually put it on your team. Wich id have to say its probably the least favorite of the reveals.

Honestly if I had to bet money it just still has Swarm and they just used Zap Cannon because it might have a cannon motif because of the name, or because it's just a very strong electric attack. I doubt there is any special reason for it.

Since it's a 3 stage evolution, I'm going to assume it will have actual decent speed by the looks of it and special attack just based on the attacks it used.
