none of those are particularly good in competitive right now, serene grace was amazing on a gimmicky flinch build, but its been nerfed since.

some of the most competitive abilities are magic guard/bounce, prankster, and weather abilities.
particularly, type absorbing abilities are very useful in smogon single battles, since you're going to be doing a load of strategic switchins, they give you options to gamble on flawless switches.
multiscale was a gamechanger as well, since it gives dragonite an almost guaranteed single turn to set up.
Abilities are pretty subjective because they have to be on a pokemon that works with it, for example magnet pull, which for a long time was pretty amazing on magnezone, but probopass was never relevant.
Then you get skills that are brilliant on paper like lightningrod, but so few pokemon exist that can take full advantage of it.
