Little fanbase? Ledian-Mega would be based. Imagine Bug/Fighting with Huge Power. Probably wouldn't have as strong an attack as Mawile or Medicham, but it would still be good by virtue of its typing. If they buffed up its already good SpDef a bit too, it would probably be usable in OU, and not be a cancermon.

The only new entries on Gen VI were for Gen VI Pokemon, the others Pokemon entries were reused from past games. This is allowed for Gen I-Gen III Pokemon because of ORAS being a remake.
