I'm glad Ash and May got to travel alone for two episodes together. It felt really different to see Ash just with one girl and no other companions. The dub usually takes the first letter of a characters name and Americanizes it if it isn't a game character.

Masato became Max. Hazuki became Harrison. Tetsuya became Tyson. Masamune became Morrisson. This happened fairly often.

Likewise Shuu became Drew because its prounonced similar and Drew is an american name.
