Well, you didn't set up entry hazards, you allowed the opponent stall you several times, kept trying to attack Chestnaught while he was setting up Spiky Shield + Spikes.

First of all you don't have a mega, that's probably important.
Pachirisu is pretty sub optimal for an electric type, if you're picking him because of the whole VGC 2014 thing then keep in mind Pachirisu was picked specially to replace Amoonguss as an annoyer since Amoonguss was pretty weak to Zapdos.
You don't have any way to get rid of hazards and you pretty much dove head into Chesnaught's spiky shield when it was obvious he was gonna use it, whenever someone relies on strats like that then try to set up or switch for something else.
When you saw him switch out Infernape after you sent Chandelure you should have kept Chandelure safe as a counter to it rather than lost it.
Also you used Confuse Ray, that move sucks balls and it's pretty much letting fate decide who wins, you want a move that actually wins you games rather than turn them into a coin flip.
