Use Smogon to look up sets, and despite what anyone tells you, don't actually use Cotton Guard.

Special Attacker and Support are good fits if you don't want to use M-Alt as an MVP sweeper

Optimally DD and Return, but you can go for Return + EQ as well. Dragon Dance lures in T Waves, Toxic and WoW.

Had some success using DD, EQ, Return, Roost. Atack and Speed investments. Adamant or Jolly nature.

You could use Substitute instead of EQ I guess. I've seen people use that.


One of the smogon sets suggests roost, hyper voice, heal bell, EQ or flamethrower. I wasnt crazy about it though.
