Considering there are stronger Pokemon who can use those moves, not really. Brave Bird has Staraptor and Braviary, Head Smash has Rampardos, Tyrantrum, and Aggron.

None of them are as fast as Aerodactyl.

Wish they would introduce a physical 80BP 100% accurate Rock-type biting move. Aerodactyl finally gets a nice 100% accurate Rock move stronger than Stone Edge with Tough Claws factored in, while Strong Jaw Tyrantrum gets a decent 100% accurate Rock move that works with Strong Jaw (though Head Smash would still be stronger)

Snow Warning, which when combined with Blizzard actually outdamages Hyper Voice + Refrigerate with passive dammage

And, of course, Refrigerate, which gives me war flashbacks in the battle maison.
