I switched in on a Rocky Helmet mon when a shiny Dedenne was at 3HP and it used Nuzzle.

Almost had a heart attack. Fortunately my save is fine (not lost my living dex) but that shiny Feebas will now forever haunt my dreams

I've done that exact same thing, but it was a shiny Tentacool.

In Pearl I was in the great swamp and I found a shiny Wooper that ended up running away from me.
