I just finished Omega Ruby and after a lot of tossing and turning on what my team would be, after the getting the Balance badge (5th gym), i decided my team would consist of local Hoenn pokemon:

Karenfagging my way through Alpha Sapphire because it sat unopened on my shelf for months. Inspired by a thread from last week I decided to pick one pokemon from each generation with no type or ability overlap. Sent all these over as level 1 mon in their base forms. To make things a bit more challenging I did a no Pokemon Center clause. I can only heal with berries and items. It's been an interesting run. I like this team for non competitive.

Still playing Anniversary Crystal with the same team. Doing the Kanto Gym Leader rematches where they have full teams of Lv. 100s, currently have Brock through Blaine done, going to try Blue next, then head to Johto to do those rematches. This is the first time I've had to do a little grinding to survive, Sabrina just wrecked me until I grinded since my only counter to Psychic is also weak to Psychic and outsped by half her team. Granbull is still completely fucking useless.
