You know, I would kill to see /vp/ do something in the vein of this.

Kind of like how the drawgafs did the 4k and 10k pictures, with each of them commiting a single drawing to the picture, I would like a bunch of drawfags and other /vp/reons to just pick a background and start adding Pokemon drawings to it, each individual drawing only holding either a single pokemon, or a small group of them doing something silly together. It would be like a more freeform mosaic thread, in a way.

It would be stellar if someone could organize something like this.

OP here. If anyone cares, I just found my Let's Find Pokemon: Emerald Edition, and I am willing to scan it in.

I will probably wait for about a week before I begin uploading this content again, because I will be on vacation. In addition, I want it to remain fresh, and to not wear it out to the point of irritating the members of this board. I may find more books in the time being as well once I come back, so it will make for a fuller thread in that case.

It is my sincerest pleasure.

I actually stumbled upon this about a week ago after coming back home for the summer. I was looking through one of my old bedrooms and found it wedged in between some old school notebooks.

Just looking through the pages brought me back to my childhood, when I would read the book with my brother during road trips to excite our imaginations. I can still recall every funny or peculiar scene in each page.

I'm glad I could share it to both those familiar and strange to the book, and it is certainly a virile and clever piece of Pokemon merchandise that captures the vivid memories and imaginations of most of us who lived through Pokemania and its aftershocks.
