What is this? Almost everyone demands a Genesect or a Volcanion for the smallest shitmons like starters. Who the fuck would trade an Yvetal for a Chimchar? Why are people on GTS so demanding?

GTS is cancer, I thought that was common knowledge. I have a living dex and I was only able to use the GTS like twice.

The GTS is like that because the good/reasonable offers get completed quickly.
I have found out that the best way to use it is by depositing, not seeking. Most of the times the Pokémon is traded in 10 minutes or so.

This. The only use for seeking Pokemon is trading with yourself. I completed my dex partially by using the deposit system.
