I've completed the Togepi breeding odyssey. Yesterday I got home and quickly got a penta timid, but fucked it up and lost it, having to sr and start over. Worked for five hours after to no avail. Bred for 30 mins after getting up this morning and got perfect ivs across the board.

Sorry Trevenant is definitely a shenanigans mon. I'm running ha trevenant with a careful nature with 252 def 252 sdef, and 4 hp to make it as bulky as possible while maximizing leech seed return. Also i run a careful nature because i carry will o wisp to take care of physical attackers. From there the set and item are easy: sub, leech seed, w-o-w, and horn leech and of course a sitrus berry. Of course hone claws and phantom force are options too, but i like my harvest shenanigans.

I haven't done 6v6 since Gen 4, and while I did appreciate it at the time, I don't miss it much, simply because 4v4 doubles just goes by SO much more quickly and there's less setup. I was sort of pissed when they brought out team preview because why release a Pokemon that relies on trickery (Zoroark) the same gen that you're going to release team preview? It totally ruins Zoroark's gimmick. But now I've come to appreciate team preview, because there are just way too many Pokemon these days. It's necessary.

Zoroark without preview would be insane though. How it is now it is still pretty useful and can trick an oponent once or twice if it's scarfed/sashed. I used to have mine disguised as either Conkledurr or Slowbro lead and when they switched to counter, I hit their guy for super effective damage. LO Pursuit+Sucker Punch/Flamethrower do a surprising amount of damage on a mixed Zoro. Doesn't work all the time though, but enough to give me a few wins on BSS.

the main reason as to why Zoroark isn't one of my absolute favourites is that, during playthroughs, I tend to not get to see its sprite/model.

It also learns Switcheroo for more disruption even after its discovered. It's a really good mon, just difficult to use reliably because (similar to the argument for Aegislash) it's "too skill intensive" and also sorta suffers from 4 move slot syndrome.
