A lone Pikachu has been sealed in an Apricorn, one of the first Pokemon to ever be captured. It has not seen the light of day since the ages before Pokemon and people lived together, and only knows a world of war where Pokemon and people are enemies. Sealed inside the apricorn, this Pikachu has been preserved for thousands of years, the entire time alone with nothing but it's own thoughts.

Thousands of years later, by a series of coincidences this Pikachu is released from the apricorn. Overcome with millenia of rage at humankind, the lone Pikachu travels the Alola region, with the goal of single-handedly conquering the Alola league and demolishing human civilization.

A wild Pikachu one day wanders into civilization. After exploring a local town, it discovers battling and has a penchant for it. It decides to take on the Gym Leader Challenge by itself, making Pokemon friends and teammembers along the way, without a trainer.

A Pikachu walks back and forth from hometown to a specific log in the woods. and shows off 8 badges that it found. Every episode for 6 seasons

A boy trainer falls in love with a girl trainer.
Unable to confess, he is gifted with by a Pikachu with the girl’s phone number. Never minding the strange area code, he immediately calls her, and is overjoyed to find out that she has a crush on him as well.
But, the next day, when he recounts the previous day’s confessions to the girl, she only looks at him with a perplexed expression. After some investigation, he finds out that the girl he called is not the same girl he fell in love with. In fact, she doesn’t exist in this universe at all. She is the girl’s alternate universe counterpart, who has fallen in love with the MC’s own AU self, who too is blissfully unaware of her crush.
Hijinks ensue as the two strike up a deal to give each other their darkest, most private secrets in order to each collect the badges they need to conquer the heart of their other selves. While the two chase their respective loved ones, DRAMA ensues as they begin to fall in love with each other instead and question the NATURE of LOVE.

A complete reboot of the show, Kanto redone in Alola.

Ash is still the main character, a new Ash starting out on a new journey and a new voice actor to reflect this. This new Ash is basically the same, but with a different goal---he'd have a ton of human friends before starting out on his journey and his goal would be to befriend 150 Pokemon. This starts with an injured Pikachu he finds at his school, and then he makes that his Starter and sets out across Alola. He'd have a primary set of Pokemon, including all three Alola Starters, but would catch many other Pokemon he'd rotate in and out occasionally from among the other 721 Pokemon. They'd hang out at his mom's who'd own a bar, like she did in Shudo's novelizations.

Brock and Misty are his companions, but changed up and with new voice actors. Brock is a hapless salary man bored with life, except when it comes to chasing after women, and is reinvigorated by seeing Ash's youthfulness. He'd have a secret desire to be a Pokemon Breeder that would've been forgotten years ago, but would remember it when meeting Ash. Misty is more of a tomboy and the daughter of a fisherman who disappeared years ago, she'd be traveling around Alola looking for him and meets with Ash and befriends him, with some romantic attachment perhaps. There'd be some new large Water-type Pokemon she'd own that'd ferry them across the island.

Team Rocket return, and are the only characters who keep their original voice actors but have slight visual designs, James has a ponytail and Jessie has a pixie cut. Meowth is a bit more sly and crafty here and begins as a spy sent by Giovanni to watch over the two, but slowly warms up to them. Giovanni here would in reality be a young boy, the son of Madame Boss, who inherited Team Rocket following their dismantling previously and J&J would be his only agents at first as he tries to rebuild.

Outside of that the story would be different from Kanto and reflective of S&M's plot.

Show follows a mischievous Pikachu that gets into a lot of trouble and ends up visiting various towns. Show focuses on the slice of life aspect of the series and side characters, the Pikachu is just a means to visit different towns. Episodes would be experimental with color use and layouts.

A slightly unique take on the usual formula. Character of the week, but every character will play a significant role at one point or another.

>the last gym in the arc is a double battle with the brother & the rival
>arc 3 introduces the leader of the evil team; more grunt of the week, but with more two-part episodes; the final gym is a triple battle where all three participate
>arc 4 is the final battle with the evil team; they call up the friends and gym leaders they met along the way and it's a huge war against the evil team and the ultimate legendary, etc
>everything is wrapped up neatly; one of the kids realized they went through all that effort and forgot to sign up for the Alola League tournament; they all agree to come back next summer and take on the tournament

>there's a lone Pikachu following them around the region; they try to catch it but always fail; in the end it's revealed that it's Ash's Pikachu and they got separated

At the end of XY&Z, Ash rejects Serena. Serena, jealous of Ash's bond with Pikachu, then joins Team [Alola Bad Guys] in hopes of harnessing the legendary Pokemon Magearna's power to force Ash to be hers. As Ash gains more gym badges, Zygarde appears in different forms to warn Ash and friends of Serena's deeds. He teaches Ash how to synchro with Pokemon properly, as he had forgotten how to due to synchronizing prematurely with Greninja. Meanwhile, Magearna, who has been watching Serena from the Eclipse realm, empathizes with her, as it reminds her of when Volcanion rejected her. It empathizes with her so much that when they finally meet, they synchronize to form Serena Magearna. Magearna's power and emotion corrupts Serena to the point that she wants to destroy the world. Mid story Serena kidnaps Chicken in a jealous rage. Final episode, which is the final part of a 5 episode mini arc, is Ash Solgaleo and Faggot Rival Lunaala vs Serena Magearna during a dimension warping eclipse as Zygarde Final Form hastens to keep the citizens of PokeEarth safe from Team [Insert Alola region bad guys here].

TCPi finds a way

Ash and Serena go to Alola, Meet up with Tracy and his new wife in the starting town as he goes to meet with the various professors in a kind of resort convention to hear about the whole thing on Mega Evolution. All the other professors greet Ash and have a wonderful discussion on how good he is to suprise Serena more. Cameos from Max helping his dad also there along with Professor Gary Oak and him showing Ash the new Pokemon that he himself discovered.

Team Rocket tries to steal Professors research and manage to cripple Pikachu back to restart, Ash sends his team back with Oak and He and Serena go to the next town where the first Gym Leader joins the two.

Ash falls into his coma after intercepting an attack from one of the covor legendaries directed at one of the S/M protags because reasons. The cure is an age old remedy obtained from the other cover legendary. The cover legendary will only appear before an Alola league champion.

The male and female Sun and Moon protagonists join up with Brock to take the Alola championship to save Ash. Pikachu gets its shit together, and becomes the badass it should be after travelling Six and a Half regions, but as Pikachu is officially assigned to Ash, it cannot actually help in any of the battles. Thus, Pikachu and Brock have the task of training the new protagonists into champion material in just one year. For various arcs, others of Ash's past travelling companions and pokemon show up to help train them as well.
