Almost every legendary box mascot keeps its name across every language in the games.

People are going with Lunaala because that was how it was romanized in the copyright and because of the worldwide development collaboration and homogenization there's no reason to assume it'd be different than the official Japanese romanization, and they weren't usually different even before XY/ORAS. They didn't make Palkia Pearlkia and Kyogre was supposed to be Kai
