I don't think GF are (complete) idiots and most likely shit megas will be revamped. Audino might get Regenerator, Glalie will lost lost some SpA points and dump into ATK or Speed OR get Hyper Voice, because making him a mixed doesn't mean shit when Froslass is overall a better special than him if you're talking about cost/benefit.

If it's a pokemon that you want to have a mega, it will not get one.
This goes doubly so for Flygon.

If it's a shitmon that literally nobody cares about, it will get a mega.
