Personally, i would switch on a reliable Shedinja (what tier is shedy btw?) when a Hi-Jump Kick (Since most of copy-pasted M-medicham lack of fire punch) is inminent and watch how it crashes and looses health, hoping to faint. :)

Answer would be Sableye, since it's immune to both stabs. Also any bulky Psychic with Leftovers and Protect, say Slowbro, Musharna, Cresselia etc. They can eat both STABS safely, and take next to nothing from Medicham's coverage moves.

You people keep bringing up this laundry list of attacks, as if Medicham was somehow capable of running 10 moves at once or something. If you see a Medicham without knowing what it has, then yeah, it's hard to think of a completely safe switch in. However, once you have a vague idea of what it's running, things are much easier. It's also safe to count Fake Out and HJK in, so there's only two free slots. Even if the Cham has Knock Off, if there's a Ghost in your team, it's going to be significantly more scared in how it uses HJK, so the guessing game isn't completely in his favor.

Quite frankly, you are mostly better off sacrificing something and threatening it with a faster mon that can OHKO it.
