MH4U having a G rank and all those monsters meant every low rank armor was garbo except the hermataur/gore magala mix that gave sharpness +1 so I hope having only LR/HR helps them balance the armors more

Its not that good. Each piece only gives 18 damage and by that point you have access to ones with more defense. Its also shit skill wise giving you immunity against sleep and tenderizer points(whatever that skill does). The only upside is it looks cool
