I know and that's why the feeling is autistic. There's no reason you can't like it. But there's nothing redeemable about its base form at least, not saying anything about its evolutions, to me. People actually said they liked Oshawott back during BW season too.

Warming up to things that you previously disliked is completely normal. It's like when you first hear a song and think it's shit, but then you realize it's stuck in your head when you're off doing something else, so you listen to it again and end up loving it.
