Chickorita line are sauropods
Treeko (or at least sceptile) is take your pick of theropod species.
Turtwig line are a mix between ankylosaurs and Meiolania
Snivy is on of the limbed snake ancestors.

I don't believe this theory mostly because the Bulbasaur line is almost certainly mostly not meant to look like anything and Serperior in my opinion feels like it buys more from the idea snake people or something like a naga with the snake body with arms than any particular kind of ancient snake or something, though I don't know any ancient snake, so. It is clearly meant to be the snakes evolve to lose their limbs though.

It's legs are totally gone and only has arms which is a common body shape for fantasy snakekin. I get that the line is based on the idea that snakes had limbs and lost them.
