My cousin gave me this card when I was about 8 or 9 and I still love it. The colors and the lights in the background are excellent. Only flaw is that I can't imagine what position Dragonair's body must be in to have its tail come up so close to its head like that.

That's fanart. It's someone on tumblr who paints the cards with acrylic so they look like full-art cards.

The actual card art for regular cards is never painted as a full-art version, it's just the small rectangle.
