GG mate. I'm in New Zealand, and tried to get a copy of the ORAS demo early. I contacted support when the code didn't work. The code was only valid in Scandanavia (SE, NO, DK)

I then just wound up preordering the game and got the demo code + a Hoopa code, so why the fuck not.

Addendum to the french Canadian bloke, if you want advice, send a support email to the pokemon canada website. Their responses are quicker than direct to nintendo. Guy from pokemon.dk (with decent english) told it to me straight within a day or two, and you should get your code swiftly.
