- Slow Start counts for every single turn after being first send out, even if he was switch.

- Give him Protect and Slow Start don't reset if switched out

- He achieves Primal once he Got it's act together

He'd definetley be banned, his stats rival legendaries', with a hige speed, attack and bulk, the only way to change truant would be with a mega that literally lowered it's stats somehow

Sheer Force is a bit too much. Mega Slaking would already have the same BST as Primal Kyogre/Groudon despite not being a legendary itself, I think Thick Fat to complement its bulk would be more than enough to let it hang out comfortably in Ubers.

I didn't miss anything whatsoever. Megas are built around the idea of either A) taking a design element of a given Pokemon to its extreme or B) changing things up by giving them a different niche. If Slaking was to receive a Mega, it would have to be something that doesn't keep it every bit as terrible as it is now. Even just having it revert back towards its Vigoroth state and replacing Truant with Vital Spirit would be better than attempting to design a Mega around Truant or some slightly modified alternative.
