The great thing about P-Z is it already has Download as a regular ability, so as long as it maintains Adaptability or gets any new attack boosting ability like Protean or Sheer Force you get to abuse that and a possible +1 on Mega Evolution

Normal/Ghost with Adaptability is one of the most OP offensive typings. As mentioned above, it just needs Hidden Power (Fighting) and Dark Pulse to hit every single Pokemon for neutral or SE damage. And it fits Porygon-Z (non-corporeal because it's digital, half-dead, some people find glitches/bugs spooky).

Porygon3 can go the electric soldier route.

People would purposely lead with stuff that would give it the attack boost to counter it, but with 50+ in attack and speed and adabtability it won't matter
