You can still force the event to get them all on a legit cart, if you have an R4/variant.

Just download the pack and you can emulate any event from gen IV.
Just make sure you know which games they're supposed to be sent to.

They're not expensive, just make sure you get the newest one possible to allow for compatibility.
I have an older one and, while the gen IV events work, I can't get any of the gen V events because of how old and neglected firmware-wise my flashcart is.
