Zygarde looks beatable itemless with a maxed FUG team. I did over 25K damage itemless, so a bit better luck or Shuffle Move might get you there

Needed SCP to catch, but it worked. Team was Fug (Max, 20/20), Xerneas (Max), Kyurem (Max) Diancie (8) Diancie a shit, but it's the best non dragon.
Finished Azelf with 3 seconds left with Attack +, but I had a completely shitty run, I couldn't get Sinister Power to activate for SHIT I had to stop several times because the second I would get 4 zoroark on screen, trolololo disruptions it's now a fucking volbeat.

Incidentally, try bringing volbeat along for free hits.

The good thing about M-L@t type abilities is that they can clear horizonally on columns you aren't matching, so if there are disruptions clogging up areas you can't match at, it's the best option, Lucario and Gardevoir type sweeps are good for clearing disruptions too, but only of you can match on that row/column, but the L@ts and now Scizor allow combos too, so it's the best of both worlds

I looked at the first move and figured it out from there (and previous attempts) in two attempts. That's how I thought you'd have to clear it, but I wasn't sure if if it was one where you have to clear every mon in 5 turns to work out a combo to clear them repetitively in enough turns to kill him.
