My favourite unevolved Unova starer is Tepig, and least favourite is Oshawott. but I hate Pignite and Emboar and really like Dewott and Samurott.

Chesnaught's in-game model's face is stuck in a perpetual scowl. It's covered in spikes and has a base attack of 107. Seems ferocious enough for me, not doofy or gentle at all. It looks a shitload more menacing than the other Gen-6 starters, (Froggy McTongueScarf, the silliest and dumbest looking of the bunch, and the elderly wizard man-fox).

I think the real reason people don't like it is because it has a beard and a fuzzy chest. People tend to associate those with body hair, and society no longer thinks hairy guys are cool.

You're fucking delusional dude. Samutott is based on animal and samurai theme makes more sense than canons on a turtle. The problem is that Samurott is such a shit design. The idea was good but the execution is terrible. It's completely opposite with Blastoise. The execution is stellar.

Reminder that according to official pollings for most popular Unova Pokemon, Oshawott is the most popular stage of its line and top ten most popular, Samurott somewhat behind, and Dewott so unpopular it doesn't even chart

I think I'm the only person that likes Oshawott and Samurott but dislikes Dewott.

Dewott used to be my second favorite of the line(as it's when Oshawott develops a samurai-motif) until I noticed how overrated it is and realized it was the main reason why Samurott is so heavily disliked. Design is still cool though, but obnoxious fans killed it for me.
