It's fine as it is. The only problem with a lot of Ice-types is that their stats work against them.

The good ones are glass cannons, and that's how it should be. Nerfing the type would just make all of them useless.

You don't. You buff it defensively. Only resisting itself is laughably awful. The only Ice types in OU or Ubers are Kyurem B&W and Weavile. Ice should resist Dragon and Ground.

Water needs a nerf. Its too safe.

When all types are balanced, then it just boils down to nothing more than movepool. Types have their own strengths and weaknesses for a reason, like ice, which gets offensive benefits but is weak as shit.

how about we buff the typing instead, because its a pretty weak typing and it deserves more than just a resistance against themselves, not to mention most of them are fucking frail.
