I decided that drawing a resort or a beach in the background would be too time consuming and cumbersome. My Easter break is over now, and I've college projects to do; I expect to be able to drawfag/practise a little more, but I'd have to keep things simple so I can also have time for all the work I've got to do.

Nevertheless, I'm in the process of drawing a Sylveon (I've only got a silhouette). I'm willing to improve it a little more, but the background will probably remain white.

...and I should probably pick a permanent nickname if I'm planning to stay as another resident drawfag.

I liked how the other version had her head tilted back in a laid-back fashion and the before/after seemed to keep that look, but something you did changed that (the sunglasses I think?)
Good job on everything else though, I like how you did the ribbons.

I tried to do the umbrella right after finishing the beach chair, but because I'm still struggling with the perspective ruler on Clip Studio Paint, I haven't been able to draw one that looks decent enough (I don't really like the one I made in the rough). The chair alone must've taken me some 2 hours just to get it (almost) right. But I think Sylveon is looking more or less fine, though I haven't been able to finish it (again, college and other stuff).

Don't worry, thanks for the feedback. Yeah, in part is because of the sunglasses. I had to redraw them because the eyes would've otherwise look too derpy. The head is actually on the same angle, but it looks like it moved a little to the front because of that, and because I lowered the mouth a few milimeters.

You shouldn't talk about your art that way. Either of you. Mollo, you might need some time spent practicing. But you shouldn't compare your art to others in a negative way. You should be using their art to inspire you. This is one of my first drawings I ever did with my tablet about 6 years ago. I still need practice, but everyone moves at their own pace.

as for my brush settings, I put the brush settings of my most used brushes on pic related.
I used the one on the left for the Ninenine one. The one on the right helps me with fur and usually speeds up the process of rendering a bit, but it really is just useful for texturing.
