This doesn't make any sense. The only reason to stay on older firmwares is to use exploits/homebrew. But with those you can also bypass the check (regionthree/four/HANS), or just not be a retard and downgrade to 9.2 and setup emunand (or if you're a madman go even deeper and setup a9lh).

I don't see the problem with putting any effort into a game I'm going to devote time with. It's not even about morals, it just seems lazy as fuck.
