The Eevee one has Meowth and Wobbuffet randomly being chefs at the Eevee House, with Wobba not even being in the BW anime outside this short.
The recent Pokemon Musician short also has all the Pokemon living in some magic forest with no humans around, and while it doesn't have the kind of blatant continuity issues with evolutions and the like that the Meloetta one has, it's pretty obviously intended to be an alternate world from the normal anime one.
