Always liked Houndoom. Was super into fire types as a kid and I especially loved how cute/cool Houndour looked. He always felt like a cool treat to catch in the Safari zone.

Volcarona is easily my favorite bug-type. I can only hope we'll get another Gen as wonderful as Gen V for bugs.

My favorite is Bellsprout. His design is so simple and goofy, yet so memorable and endearing. I have fond memories of that one that danced circles around Ash until he sicced Muk on it. I can't help but still favor it above all others, even five generations later.

Bellsprout has a classic design, and I remember that episode of the anime too. The line is solid and dependable in games as well, and running a Victreebell with Weather Ball on a sun team is a lot of fun.

Milotic is easily one of my favorite designed serpentine pokemon. Hoping for it to get some new goodies in S/M, but if not they're still incredibly useful.

My favorite is Aegislash. I've been hankering for a legitimately tanky Ghost type for so long, and I finally got one and on top of that it has a kickass concept and killer stats.

Arcanine is my favorite mon. Arcanine is just a neatly designed pokemon. He should be statted better too. Like if they raised his Speed Stat (which should be higher anyway) then he'd be in OU no question. Favorite type is Ghost though cause they're damned cool.

Arcanine's a cool Pokemon to have. One of the few worth using as a mount.
Strong 8/10 for Arcanine alone.
9.5/10 for liking Ghosts.

Mewtwo has always been a favorite of mine. The amount of work to encounter it the first time probably hyped me up more than I expected. Plus the battle I had to catch it was awesome.

I love me some ghosts tho.

As best of a antagonist the anime can have, if you ask me. Back when I used to watch it regularly, I was a little impressed how Mewtwo was actually going out to smash things in anger rather than beat around the bush like other movies did.

Me personally, I always favored Rotom just for how much of a cheeky shit they act in appearance and how they act. The base form to be exact is my personal favorite. Not that the other forms aren't worth mentioning.

Bug's also a favorite type.

i caught a ralts on a whim back in sapphire because it looked neat and was really happy to find out it was psychic and evolved into gardevoir without having to fucking trade (unlike alakazam which had been my go to psychic prior to that)

Ursaring is my favorite. Sure, he's never been particularly useful but as an Amerifag living in an area with a fuck ton of bears I've always wanted to tame one. Ursaring fulfilled that dream for me.

Ice table. My favorite type, one of its few walls that actually work, just looks chill af, ferries smaller Pokémon which is just adorable, one of the few Ice types that can stand up to Mega Scizor, has a few valid strategies like Sturdy+Mirror Coat on specials, Rapid Spinner, and benefits from a Relaxed nature, which is what I'd say my nature is. The ULTIMATE Pokébro.
