I think Milotic should have Marvel Scale 'cause it boosts its low Def stat but having also a status effect on a defensive mon is not the best idea.

put protect/volt switch on the last moveslot. I would go with Volt Switch, so if you overheat, you can swtich out easily

AV is useless on something without a recovery or boosting move. The Ghost and Dark weakness really neutered Metagoss's tanking abilities. I would put a choice item to make it an all out attacker
