Unless you want to own it for collector reasons, just emulate it on your computer/mobile phone or wait for the possible day they add it to VC like RGBY. Used copies of the cartridge itself tend to be cheap too. But again if this is for collection purposes and mint condition sakes, you're basically screwed from getting a copy unless you toss in a stack of cash.

It's not the retro status that makes them expensive, you can find NES/SNES/N64 games for dirt cheap. It's their smash hit status that does. Best selling games gain in value as soon as their production stops, which usually happens within only a few years after the release.
