I've got a Beedrill and Oddish (you can evolve) that were effectively MM'd when I was breeding for perfect IVs.
I used the Beedrill in my AS playthrough so I prefer to keep it.
I also have a Noibat, Froakie, Roggenrola, Ghastly and Horsea from the days of InstaCheck.
I also have a traded Nidoran(F) (bred), Dunsparce (wild encounter and JPN), Nidoran(M) (bred), Nosepass (wild), Spoink (wild and JPN), multiple Delibird (bred) and Quagsire (probably friend safari). The bred ones may or may not have been instacheck'd.

I need a legit XY Articuno and Moltres for my own pentagon living dex (more so the Articuno since I can get Moltres on Y).
