Dark Hammer is great, and I would also recommend. Two Sycamore and two Korrina will often give you what you need.

That said, if you just don't want this deck for some reason, Wave Slasher and Iron Tide are also good alternatives.

Yeah, that seems to be the go-to theme deck outside of basic stuff. The Metagross one seems kind of fun too, just a lot less common.
Also I just saw the Noivern one for the first time and seemed ok, but reading the deck list it's pretty shitty if you don't get your Noivern asap.

All the crossed out cards are either unusably shit or useless in this deck.
That Delphox is shit too, but you should only use it in an Expanded deck with Fandango Emboar.
That Entei is also shit but it's an acceptable tech.
You have twice as many energies as the upper cap for a deck should be. Decks rarely run more than 4-12 total energies.

Thanks for the help, though. I figured I'd keep the Entei or the Torkoal out while I get to Delphox and then use that to sweep, using the charm to keep it in as long as I could, and switching between it and Entei or the Charizard when I need to. It doesn't really work when I get raped before I can do anything, though.

honestly night march is kind of shit. if it doesn't overwhelm you early, it's probably losing.
Xerosic, Jirachi, Hex Maniac, Hammers, item lock, Aegislash-Ex, sweep damage, megaphone, many more cards
any of these in your deck and NM can crumble fast. It's good for scrubs on the ladder and broke noobs, but not much beyond that. But because it is so damn popular, you do need to have a plan in your deck for it like for anything big in the meta.

Since you play fire, maybe look at Pyroar related.

Not really, it gets around Dialga's biggest problem of switching to get powered up. It's not a good card but the ability lets you bounce around Float Stones and Muscle Bands as you need them. Both are worse then Tyrantrum

I've never played this deck but my untrained eye says I would trade out one of those letter for an Energy Retrieval, that way you are covered early or late as with the Clemont/Fisherman for supporters.
Other than that, second Jolteon if you can get it. In place of a Pikachu. And a Xerosic is never a bad idea if you can fit it somewhere.

Having a 2-2-2 line and then 2 candy as well seems odd.

Absolutely. I have no clue if it can be placed on the tier list, but it's definitely a viable rogue. The deck's basically just Yveltal except it can set up faster, heal itself, and leave your opponent asleep every turn.

Don't really expect to get value out of a pokemon booster, since they have the cheapest secondary market compared to mtg and ygo. But that MewtwoEx(Shatter Shot) not only is good, but the rarest version of it, you can see that he is a Secret Rare(check his set number, he is the 164th card in a set of 162).

Trevenant Break is also a decent break, in case you want to know, you can exchange both of them for multiple cute cards.

Could anyone recommend some fast to setup (and fun) decks?

NM was actually pretty fast compared to standard EX battles. They take a couple minutes to setup their first or second turn, but after that they barely do anything in thier turns.

I just had a battle against a guy that was probably figuring out how Raibats works, because he was taking several minutes on each of his turns, he put Golbat on front and put his Raichu on back, probably trying to get time to get more bench, but his efforts were getting OHKO by MeowsticEX.

It's ok, but here is what I recommend.
Drop Wobbbuffet, this isn't a deck that needs it and it will only hold you back.
Get 1, preferably 2, Exeggacute
Drop Audino, I used to have one, but in all the games I played I never had a chance to use it and Exeggacute is just better in every way.
Drop 2 ultra balls for 2 more level balls.
Ditch a Sycamore for teammates. Trust me, 3 is plenty.
A super rod can and will be a life saver for late game.
If you have a promo Jirachi, put it in there. Most of the time you'll just use it for compressor fuel,but for the games you'll need it, it will be the most valuable card in your deck.

MTG has been a bit grim, but there's a lot of fun stuff. And more importantly, the game is good. The fluff is by no means the reason most people play it.

Why did I get to take two prize cards after downing a pumpkaboo with my articuno, I thought a prize card represented one kill.

I have no idea why or how I won my first match.

When did FA Jirachi get so rare? I think I got mine for a couple of packs not too long ago and now trading companies aren't even listing prices.

Play a tournament with a shitty steel deck, do shitty the entire time and still get second place. Lose the final round because after 2 Shauna's and a Prof. Birch I can't get a single basic or EX.
