What are some good extensions for Chrome? So far I've got
>4chan X
>uBlock
>Vox (add-on to the desktop program)
If you're a weeb like me rikaikun is a must. It checks Japanese characters against a robust database and tells you what the words mean in English when you hover your cursor over them. You still have to parse it together in your own head because Japanese and English are certainly not 1:1 but it beats the shit out of google translate.
Probably using firefox instead
scriptsafe (build a whitelist of allowed sites and scripts)
https everywhere (obvious)
privacy (lets you make burner cards for purchases with bogus names and addresses) (only private against websites, use bitcoin for real privacy)
ghostery (block all)
stylish (makes things stylish)
tineye (reverse image search without evil googre)
play with mpv (play youtube in mpv instead of using the website and getting tracked n shit, pairs well with youtube RSS subscriptions)
tampermonkey (custom website scripts)
bonus: resolution zoom (it scales pages well on linux where you have 2 different resolution monitors, as linux does not have dynamic dpi scaling with x11 or wayland yet)

I'm a extension junky so lemme tell you about the best ones
OneTab, collapse all tabs into one page and export as html file
TabCloud, save tabs for access across multiple devices
CheckerPlus for gmail and google calender, Access gmail and calender quickly and get notifications
Vimium, legendary single-key shortcuts for browsing the web (seriously cant recommend this enough, has a small learning curve but once you got em memorised its like smooth sailing the web)

Tineye is shit with finding anime though, get Image Search Options, it gives you multiple search options plus you can edit it
I use several extensions but here are the ones I recommend:
-HTTPS Everywhere (For security)
-Reload All Tabs (I like this because I tend to have anywhere from 8 to 20 tabs open in Chrome)
-Similar Pages (Find similar websites to the one you're currently browsing)
-Mail Checker (Shows how many unread emails are in your Gmail inbox)
-Google Dictionary (Highlight a word or phrase to have a pop-up appear with the definition)
Google Dictionary is particularly useful for me when I'm reading reference material and don't understand or know something. Similar Pages used to be really good several years ago but I think later versions of Chrome broke it because it doesn't return nearly as many results for me now like it used to.
