What's the lowest bitrate you'll accept your digital

If I don't have it and am trying to find it, I try to look for 320kbps, but much of the time I have to settle for 128kbps because that's all I can find. Also a great deal of my library is 128kbps because it was the early 2000s when p2p software was popular and I was young and dumb and didn't know what bitrate was at the time.

I do ALAC on my laptop when buying directly from a source or ripping, 320kbs for MP3.
down convert to 128kbs aac for my phone.
